Compared to other A4 UV printers on the market, we have replaced the L800 and R1390 print heads with the XP600. This upgrade delivers faster printing speeds and a longer lifespan. The 3.5PL dot size ensures more vibrant display effects, and the maximum resolution reaches up to 2880 DPI.

To prevent print head clogging, we’ve equipped the white ink tank with a motor. Once the machine is powered on, the motor continuously stirs the white ink, preventing sedimentation and uneven mixing. This ensures no impurities flow into the print head, effectively avoiding clogs.

To ensure precise positioning of the print head, the carriage and capping station are designed as an integrated unit. When the machine is powered off, the carriage automatically resets, and the capping station rises to tightly seal the print head. This design keeps the print head moist during downtime, prevents air from entering, and avoids clogging caused by dried ink.
