How to maintain the printhead?
A
The working environment of the machine, temperature 15-30℃, humidity 35-65%RH. Clean the printhead at the end of each day through the auto-cleaning function, and add the moisturizing liquid in time if you don't use the machine for 3-4 days. If possible, it is better to let the machine work every day.

What after-sales service do you provide?

First of all, we provide the instruction manual of the machine, please read the manual by yourself before operation to make sure you are very familiar with the workflow of the machine.

Are there anti-collision devices?

Anti-collision devices are installed on both sides of the printhead to prevent the printhead from being damaged.

Is the machine installed before delivery?
A
Our machines are all fully assembled, before shipping we will install bolts to fix the machine to prevent the machine from shaking during transportation. When you receive the machine, you only need to unscrew the fixed screws, install the printhead, install the software, and pour the ink, then you can operate the machine.

Is the machine equipped with safety devices?
A
1) The machine is equipped with an emergency stop button, which will cut off the power and stop all the operations after it is pressed.
2)The machine has limit switches at the top, bottom, left, right, front and back, and will stop automatically after reaching the specified position, as long as you don't intentionally put your hand or other things inside the machine when it is working, it is completely safe.

Does the machine use a Honson board?

We use Better Print, which shares a same development team with Honson motherboard. We have been using this board since 2017, and it is very stable.

Why are machines from other suppliers so much cheaper than yours?
A
The configuration is different between the different machines. There are many accessories for UV printers, ranging from an ink sac to the main board and body of the machine. All of them are different. Our body adopts CNC gantry milling technology, which is more stable and precise, ensuring that the body will not deform for a long time . Cheap machine is made of sheet metal, which has poor stability and short service life.
The machine uses Hiwin guide rails, making sure the high precision. CMYKLmLc+White+Varnish color set, higher color reproduction.

How long can the printed pattern be kept?
A
Usually 15-20 years indoors and 5-8 years outdoors; with varnish, the preservation life can be extended by 1 times.

Where do I buy consumable and do I have to use your UV ink?
A
It is recommended that you purchase consumables from our factory, which can ensure the normal use of the ink system, printheads and the whole machine. All consumable ,such as inks, we supply are tested and matched with our machine.
If you have a reliable ink supplier, you can also purchase from other places, but the ink color of different manufacturers may have a slight color difference, so you need to redo the ICC.

How long is the service life of the machine?
A
The service life of the machine is closely related to the intensity of use and daily maintenance. Generally speaking, if the maintenance is good, it can be used for more than ten years.

How about warranty, and is there any charge for after-sales service?

1.12 months guarantee of the whole machine(except the printhead)
2.Main parts(excluding the consumables)shall be changed free of charge if there is any problem during the warranty period.

How to pay for the machine?
A
Our machine supports the payment of 30/50% deposit, and the balance payment is paid before delivery
Domestic: Support 60% deposit, delivery to door, open the box and inspect the machine after paying the balance
